Firefox 3.5 and Twitter not going well

For the past few days, I have been using Twitter with Firefox 3.5 and was experiencing an undesirable delay in updating my status and posting tweets. Initially I thought that it was because of my Internet connection. Then, I was forced to use Internet Explorer and there I noticed that the delay was not there. Finally I reached to the conclusion that Firefox 3.5 and Twitter can’t seem to go along well.Micheal arringtons shared with the same problem

Some users are unable to update on the web using Firefox 3.5. Other actions like following and sending DMs are also affected.
