Apple representative said regarding the Snow Leopard bug:
We are aware of the issue, which occurs only in extremely rare cases, and we are working on a fix
The next question is how soon will Apple come up with a resolution to solve this bug. All we can say by keeping our fingers crossed is that pretty soon.
