Microsoft revealed November 2009 update for Dynamics CRM Online

Microsoft has started rolling out the November 2009 update forDynamics CRM Online. Interestingly, this is the third update in the last 18 months. The latest update aims at making the cloud based service more user friendly and easy to understand and use. Microsoftis hopeful that the service update rollout process will be completed by 15th November.
