Optimistically speaking, we expect the arrival of new year to bring new and greater successes and happiness for us. However it turns out that Windows Mobile users have been affected by the Y2k16 bug. Here is what the bug does – any SMS received after 1/1/2010 automatically gets its year set as 2016. From what we gather it is specifically affecting the LG and HTC branded smart-phones.
