Scenic Ribbon UI framework in Windows 7

There is a reason behind calling Microsoft a platforms company. Long Zheng and a reader named Boldizsar have indicated that the new Scenic Ribbon UI framework which is a part of Windows 7 will be backported and introduced in Windows Vista as well as Windows Server 2008.
